Completed three degrees (mag.rer.soc.oec) at Leopold Franzens University in Innsbruck, with one year at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (USA). Awarded many academic honours. Research into experimental economics. Mr Glatzl established ONE Funds AG in 2008 as a 100% subsidiary of a Liechtenstein private bank. After leading the company as CEO for more than 10 years he successfully went through a management buyout in 2022 and became Managing Partner. Franz Glatzl’s other positions include managing partner at VFM Mutual Fund AG & Co. KG and CEO of VFM Mutual Fund AG.

After his studies Dr. Kraher had several managing positions with focus on finance, risk control, business development and project management and has a more than 10 years professional experience in the international banking industry. After leading the company as MOB for more than 10 years he successfully went through a management buyout in 2022 and became Managing Partner. Additionally he is a member of the Executive Board of VFM Mutual Fund AG.

Dr. Unterleitner completed his studies at the Leopold Franzens University of Innsbruck with a doctor’s degree in business information. He lectures at the Management Center Innsbruck and the University of Liechtenstein. After more than 30 years of experience in banking and industry as Chairman, CEO, business and project manager, consultant, expert in process and risk management, IT and Service Center management, and outsourcing he founded and signed as CEO of SynoFin Risk Management AG, approved by FMA Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein.

After a short-term study in law at the Leopold Franzens University in Innsbruck, Gerhard Chemelli founded his first company for financial consulting at the age of 22. Four years later, he transformed the company into the first Franchise Chain in Europe for Financial Consulting and Insurance Brokerage and was licensed as one of the first FMA-regulated Financial Advisors outside the traditional banking sector in Austria. As CEO and Director of various companies, a long-time board member at the Department for Financial Services of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce, and over 40 years of experience in the Financial and Insurance Markets, he covers a wide range of expertise in this sector.

Mr. Alexander Yudovich’s field of activity includes advising private individuals and international companies on all aspects of international tax law. Through his several years of consulting experience with international law firms, he is particularly appreciated by his clients for his competencies in cross-border cases with a focus on tax and domiciliation. With his special qualification as a FIFA football agent, he also serves clubs and football players as a respected sports lawyer in all relevant matters.
