This Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) aims to generate returns for investors by investing in company equity — both listed and unlisted — as well as through participation in general partnerships and joint ventures.
Investment approach
The AIF pursues a flexible and opportunity-driven investment strategy. Its assets may be allocated across a broad range of asset classes, including:
Equity and ownership interests in companies, including listed and unlisted shares, as well as other forms of participation such as general partnerships and joint ventures
Venture and startup investments, including capital contributions and the financing of newly established companies
Real estate investments
Private lending, including the granting of loans
The AIF may allocate up to 100% of its assets to a single investment, allowing for high-conviction positions where appropriate.
