Such investments particularly relate to transportation vessels focusing e.g. on the bulk sector (e.g. grain, fertilizers, steel, coal, scrap etc). The AIF shall benefit from this attractive investment niche characterized by growing global demand for transportation in general while particularly also potentially benefitting from trade deviation due to geopolitical reasons and an overall expected shortage of certain vessel types over time.
